How do you use the Hydromax?
1. Fill the cylinder with water and insert your flaccid penis, pressing back against the groin to create a seal.
2. Slowly pump the HYDROMAX to increase the pressure inside the chamber. This draws blood into the penis which can help to engorge it beyond your usual size. The Hydromax is clear, so you can watch yourself grow.
3. When water stops coming out of the end it indicates you’ve reached maximum pressure. Hold for 5 minutes then flick the quick-release valve at the top of the unit.
