- Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.
- Available shipping options will be displayed clearly during checkout.
- Shipping availability may vary depending on your location and the items in your order.
- All orders are shipped with tracking information.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed before the applicable daily shipping cutoff may be shipped the same business day:
- DHL & Global Delivery: Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday
- FedEx: Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday
Orders placed after the applicable cutoff time will generally be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided in your order dispatch/shipping confirmation email. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to process and ship orders promptly, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
